HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Provide support and assist the Human Resources Manager in general HR duties including benefits administration for Oakley Terminals in Europe, and for Rotterdam. Will also be a point of contact for Benefit and HR functions at Oakley Terminals.
Maintain personnel, medical, worker’s compensation, pension files, recruiting files, and HR vendor files.
Update Employee Handbook and SharePoint as needed.
Manage New Employee Orientation
Provide back up to Administrative Assistant on employment badges, service awards, and newsletter.
Prepare Monthly Headcount Reports for OTH and OTC.
Prepare and send HR data to corporate offices as requested, e.g. monthly headcount report; quarterly KPI data.
Ensure integrity of HR data across different platforms, e.g. employee files, Alliance, HR SAP, Attendance on Demand, welfare vendors, pension vendors, etc.
Respond to requests for verification of employment from third parties.
Manage Boeing Building badges (CA3000 Launcher)
Manage Oakley Employee badges (Assure ID)
In case of absence, the employee’s supervisor will assume and/or assign responsibility for this positon’s duties.
Perform other related job related duties as assigned
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum three - five years of clerical/administrative support experience
At least intermediate level skill using Microsoft Office Suite. SAP experience preferred.
Strong communication skills: ability to express thoughts clearly and succinctly, and speak/write the English language correctly, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.
Ability to manage and meet deadlines and produce quality work when priorities
Self-motivated; capable of working independently
Maintain confidentiality of records and information
Demonstrate professional and ethical business practices and adherence to company standards
